Our Safety Practices
Training
Award employees understand that safety is not something we do in addition to work; it’s how we work. Our top of the line training program and on-the-job training procedures teach employees to identify and correct unsafe work practices immediately.
Safe Work Practices & Procedures
We hare always creating and updating our Safe Work Practices and Procedures. These are a crucial tool in the safe execution of tasks our workers preform. These Practices and Procedures are great for learning tools in new tasks and for refreshers on common tasks. Created by the workers for the workers.
Audits & Inspections
Inspections and professional level program audits systematically reduce the chance of injuries and accidents. We continuously improve on safety by analyzing trends and sharing best practices. We maintain an impeccable safety record and utilize all available resources to stay on the cutting edge of construction safety.
Health & Safety Committees
Safety Committees bring workers and supervisors from different trades together to discuss and address health and safety related concerns on a jobsite. With regular meetings these committees help to establish a strong safety culture on sites as well as encourage open communication between all trades in regards to the Health and Safety environment on a project.
